Portland trainer Nicole Stanley landed a two-state double on Thursday night when Zambora Cash led all the way to win over 390 metres at Warrnambool and Ethics scored a great win over 731 metres at Angle Park in Adelaide.

The rank outsider at $12 in the four-dog Only at the Dogs Stake, Ethics was always on the pace before finishing too strongly for the odds-on Cairnlea Jet, running out a 1¼ length winner in 43.44 seconds and giving her trainer her first Angle Park winner.
By Dyna Double One out of three-state winner Kalden Blanco, Ethics joined Stanley’s kennels in April last year, winning two races at Tara Raceway prior to last week’s win.
It’s been a good comeback for the black bitch, her racing career looking to be in some doubt after sustaining a severe Achilles tendon injury in August last year which kept her off the track until November.
