Blue Moon Marie was back among the winners at Tara Raceway last Sunday after winning the Williams Crane Hire Stake (512 m). By Blue Moon Rising out of 2019 Mount Gambier Cup winner Galactic Athena, the brindle bitch has been a remarkable story after spending 12 months sidelined by injury before successfully returning to the track for Koroit trainer Peter Keane and local owners Noel Miller and Peter Lamond.
