Greyhound Racing SA is closely monitoring the Covid-19 cluster outbreak in Victoria as the situation may rapidly evolve in the coming days.

Victorian participants intending to travel to SA to race must be mindful that the SA-Victoria border could close if the cluster in Victoria expands.

GRSA encourages Victorian participants to leave earlier than usual on race days in case there are any unexpected delays at the border.

On-track staff will be mindful of the situation and will prepare for early arrivals if required. Similarly, SA participants in Victoria also need to be mindful of any potential closure and note that, as seen in NSW, long delays can be expected leaving Victoria, to travel into SA.
