It’s now more than 20 years since Robert Halliday posted this thank you notice on his shop window. Well, while fellow Portland greyhound man Andy Graham and his plastering staff were among the people to be thanked, Halliday, to this day, doesn’t speak all that highly of the Portland Heritage Building Restoration Committee.
